- Besan – 2 Two tablespoon
- Red Chili powder – One Teaspoom
- Garam Masala – ¾ teaspoon
- Aamchoor Powder – 1 teaspoon
- Chopped coriander leaves – 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric powder – ½ Tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Cumin powder – ½ teaspoon
How to make Oil free Kamal kakdi kofta?
Once you have the above ingredients ready you can make kamal kakdi kofta in 6 easy to follow steps.
Step 1: Start by roasting the besan in a non-stick Tava
Step 2: Now add red chili powder, cumin powder, Aamchoor powder, salt to taste and garam masala, mix it well.
Step 3: Turn of the gas and put this mixture in a bowl, let it cool down
Step 4: Mix the grated Kamal kakdi with the above mixture and make it like a laddu.
Step 5: Put the laddu’s in the idli maker and let it steam as you would normally do for your idli’s.
Your Zero Oil kamal kakdi Kofta is ready.
Step 6: Now make a standard gravy and mix the kofta
This dish goes well with zero oil Pulao or Phulka.
