To make Keto Naan with Almond flour you would need below Ingredients.
- 40 grams Almond flour
- One tablespoon Psyllium husk
- 20 grams Mozzarella cheese
- Half a teaspoon Baking powder
- Warm water
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of cumin powder
- Cow ghee
How to make Almond flour Keto Naan?
Once you get all the above ingredients ready just follow these 3 simple steps to make your Almond flour keto Naan.
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Mix all the above ingredients except cow ghee in a bowl.
Prepare the dough, if needed add warm water to balance the thickness.
Step 2: Roll the Dough in circular or triangular shape.
Step 3: Heat the tava or flat pan and add 2 teaspoon cow ghee.
Step 4: Put the Naan on the tava and cook both the sides until fully cooked.
Your Keto Naan is ready to be consumed.

How to make almond flour?
To make almond flour you would need couple of handful of almonds and boiled water.
Here is how you do it.
Step 1: Boil the water
Step 2: Put the hot water in a bowl and soak the almonds for 2 – 3 minutes.
Step 3: Separate the almonds from water and peel off the Almonds.
Step 4: Let the almonds dry, either you can dry it naturally under the sun (Recommended) or you can dry in owen.
Step 5: Put it in the grinder and grind it fine like a regular flour.
Your Almond flour is ready.

Now that you know how to make keto naan using almond flour you can also add variations to your keto naan’s too.
Alternatively you can also make Paneer Naan made from Almond flour.
Here is how you can do it.
To make Almond flour Keto naan stuffed with paneer, Ingredients would remain the same only addition to your regular ingredients would be.

- One tablespoon chopped Onions
- One teaspoon chopped coriander leaves
- Pinch of salt
- Cumin powder
Now mash the paneer and mix all the above ingredients.
