Step 3: Time to add some spices!
Start adding the spices one after the other.
We’ll include, Red chili Powder, Turmeric powder, Coriander powder and Cumin Powder.
Mix it well and keep sautéing it.
Make sure it does not stick to the Pan, we want to roast it evenly.
In the process if it sticks, add some water (approx. 1 teaspoon)
Step 4: It’s Cooking time…
Once the spices are roasted nicely, add some water and put the Lid for 5 mins approx.
Open the lid and mix it.
Make sure the strong fragrance of Masala goes away (This may be a challenge for first time zero oil cookers).
If the masala smell does not go away, add some water and let it cook for some more time by covering it with Lid.
After couple of minutes open the Lid and add Tinda.
Add the boiled potatoes.
Time to add Low fat curd now, add some curd and mix it well.
Step 5: Cover it with Lid
Let it cook for 3-5 mins.
Your 100% Zero oil tendi ki sabji is ready to be served with Phulka/Chapati.
