Bhurji is the most common breakfast and dinner dish in India. Zero oil egg bhurji brings in rich source of protein, Fiber, multivitamins and important nutrients that fight aging and boosts metabolism.
While egg is good, Oil, ghee and dalda is equally unhealthy.
If you make eggs without oil it becomes amazingly nutritious and healthy. Eggs also has lots of cholesterol which one would think is bad. However, recent studies show that cholesterol in egg is not harmful if we have eggs in limited quantity.
In fact cholesterol helps in repairing internal injuries. Cholesterol becomes deadly when it’s oxidized. So make sure when you cook any food you do not use oil to fry it. Baked form of food is thousand times better than oily food. Think of our ancestors, during old days when there was no edible oil, our ancestors used to bake the food items. So always try to prepare your food without oil and in such a way that it bakes and taste’s just like normal oily food.
3 – 4 eggs a week is a healthy option and there are no negative effects if we have eggs in limited quantity. Studies also reveal that eating eggs does not raise the cholesterol levels exponentially. So eat eggs to stay healthy. Avoid overeating it as overeating will produce negative effects.
