Off course, the quantity of juice that you want obviously depends on what your goals are. For instance if your goal is to simply maintain good health, then a simple wheat grass shot of 50 ml once a day on empty stomach should suffice.

But if your goal is to make it a part of your diet especially if you are following a special diet or a juicing diet then, I would say you need to increase the intake up to 100 ml every day. However, if you are anemic or suffering from obesity, diabetes or liver disorders then you need to increase the dosage up to twice a day.

In General, Wheatgrass works well and acts as an ayurvedic medicine if it’s consumed in simplest form. Meaning you need to be very careful on what you are adding to the juice if your goal is to heal/fulfill the nutritional needs from wheatgrass. • On Monday, sow a handful of wheatgrass seeds on pot number 1 (don’t touch the other pots)
  • Next day i.e. Tuesday, sow a handful of Wheatgrass seeds on Pot number 2 (Don’t touch the other pots)
  • Do the same on Wednesday, sow wheatgrass seeds on Pot number 3 (Don’t touch the other pots)
  • Likewise do it for remaining others.
  • By the time you reach day 8 you will have Pot 1 ready which fresh wheatgrass, simply remove the wheatgrass and juice it using any of the methods mentioned above.
