Moong Dal is the most common Indian dish cooked at almost every household in India. This Dal is very healthy in nature and provide heaps of proteins at one go.
Any individual who wants high protein vegetarian source must include Dal in the diet. Moong Dal is loaded with nutrients, dietary fiber and antioxidants. I prepared lots of zero oil dishes in the past but this is something which I always wanted to try without a drop oil as this is the most common dish.
Noticeable benefits of zero oil moong Dal are quick weight loss, increased energy levels, helps in building muscles, aids in repairing torn muscles, reduces cholesterol, enhances heart function, reduce triglycerides and regulates appropriate sugar levels. It also has the ability to slow down aging process thanks to its high antioxidant levels. These antioxidants and anti-aging properties are lost when oil, ghee or any carcinogenic substances are added.
The steps outlined below will not only keep the nutrients, antioxidants and vitamins in place but also help you to clear your arteries and shed some extra weights from your belly and lower abdomen.
