Zero Oil Moong Matki Bhaji Recipe for weight loss

Hello Weight watchers, I am back with another quick weight loss recipe. I an attempt to make as much zero Oil recipes as possible I managed to find one more.

Today let me show you how I managed to make Zero oil Moong Matki bhaji. Cooking dinner or lunch without oil is very easy when done right. This recipe will not only help you to burn the unwanted fat but also help you to reduce your cholesterol and triglyceride levels. This Oil free recipe is recommended to anyone who wants to lose weight, reduce cholesterol and even reverse heart ailments.

This recipe is suitable for those suffering from Diabetes, High cholesterol, High Triglycerides, Poor Immune system, Heart blockage, arteriosclerosis, Fatty liver and low energy levels.

Ingredients needed to make Oil free Moong matki bhaji

  • Chopped Onions
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Curry Leaves
  • Whole green chilies
  • Finely chopped ginger and garlic
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cumin Powder
  • Coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Mixed Sprouts (Moong Matki)

How to make moong matki bhaji without Oil?

Step 1: Roasting the Spices!
Take a Non-Stick pan and heat it for a while.
Add the chopped onions to the Pan and sauté it for a while.
Now add curry leaves and whole green chilies, keep sautéing it.
While sautéing add chopped Ginger and garlic.
Keep stirring the mixture until onions are mild brown.
Once the onions are nice and brown add chopped tomatoes.

Step 2: Add Masala’s
Start adding the spices one by one.
Start with Turmeric.
Cumin Powder.
Coriander Powder.
Salt to taste.
Sauté it until the masala’s are cooked well.

Step 3: Cook your Matki bhaji
Add some water once the masala’s are nicely roasted.
Cover the Pan with the Lid and let it cook for next 5 – 6 minutes
After 5 – 6 mins, take the lid off and check for consistency and see if it’s sticking.
If the mixture sticks add some water, ideally it should not stick you follow my instructions well.
Now add moong matki to the pan and mix it well.
Add some water and cover it with lid.
Let it cook for 5 – 6 mins again.
Take the lid off, stir it well and let it cook for a minute or so.

Your 100% No oil moong matki is ready to be consumed.

Remember: You may not get it right the first time. But if you learn how to make zero oil recipes it will be real fun. Moreover it will not only help you to lose weight but also reduce your bad cholesterol levels and increase your good cholesterol.
