In this zero oil recipe I will show you how to make Dahi vada without a drop of oil. Initially it was a difficult task to make vada as there is no oil involved here. But after several attempts I managed to get it right.

Ingredients needed to make Zero Oil Dahi Vada
1.) Low Fat Curd 2.) Chaat Masala 3.) Urad Dal flour 4.) Besan 5.) Water 6.) Salt to taste
How to make Dahi vada without oil?
Step 1: Preparing the batter Mix the Besan and Urad Dal. Make a nice and even batter.
Step 2 : Making Vada Add some water and salt in the utensil. Boil the water. Once the water starts boiling Start adding Vada to it. Wait for 5 – 6 mins.
Your Vada is ready.
Step 3: Consistent curd Mix the curd with tamarind water. And make the curd mixture nice and consistent.
To get tamarind water I soaked the tamarind in water for an hour or two, then i crushed the tamarind to get the juice.
Step 4: Dal vada and Dahi Add curd to the Vada. Put some chaat masala on it and serve it. This oil free Dal vada recipe taste’s well when refrigerated.
Note : It may not be easy the first time you make this dish as its without oil. But once you learn it, it will be a real fun.
