Day 3 : Boosting your body’s metabolism with fruits and veggies…

Third day of the seven days weight loss Plan plan can be devoted to fruits and vegetables. You are free to consume any quantities of vegetables and fruits you deem fit. However, while doing that, there are certain foods you must abstain from eating and they include butter, oil, cheese, and other of such products. It is better to consume boiled or plain vegetables. While you are allowed to take the whole fruits, remember that you are not going to take fruits drinks. Just like the other previous days, you need to take sufficient quantities of water to facilitate the process.



Now that you have adhered to the weight loss plan for two days, on the third day, it is important that the body be allowed to replenish itself. The best way of doing that is having a combination of fruits and vegetables. These are good because they are going to supply the body with enough quantities of nutrients, which it badly needed. Fruits and vegetables varieties are going to satisfy your desires, and you are going to find any easy break from the monotony of the past two days. Remember that you have to take sufficient quantities of water. Water is still needed to flush the body system of toxins and other wastes.

On the third day, you are not permitted to take bananas and potatoes. Remember that fruits and vegetables are just the combination of what you have already been taken for the previous two days. This is going to add to what you have already gained in the past two days by making available to your body nutrients, fiber, and protein.

Here is the diet chart for the third day of the one week weight loss plan:

Early Morning :

Breakfast menu:

  • Either sliced apple or cantaloupe (half bowl), plus water (two glasses)
  • Alternatively you may have Oats Granola with Skimmed Milk.

Time for breakfast: 8.00 am to 9.00 am

Brunch menu:

  • Either pear or sliced pineapple (half sliced), plus water (two glasses)

Time for the brunch: 11.00 am to mid day .

Lunch menu:

  • Salad composed of carrots, cucumber and lettuce, plus water (two glasses)
  • You can also have Meal replacement shakes if you want to feel full.

Time for lunch 1.30 pm to 2.00 pm

Post Lunch snack menu:

  • Orange to be taken with sliced cantaloupe (half), plus water (one glass)

Time for the post lunch snack: 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm

Evening snack meal:

  • Pear, plus water (one glass)

Time for the evening snack: 6.30 pm to 7.00 pm

Dinner menu:

  • Beets and boiled broccoli, plus water (two glasses)

You need to support this weight loss food with the appropriate exercises. It is time to begin the warm up exercises to spend more energy. Remember these exercises can be done in early morning, or later in the day in the evening. Here are exercises you can take:

  • Arms circles
  • Wrist rotation
  • Shoulder rotation
  • Ankle rotation
  • Neck rotation
  • Lunges
  • Squats
  • Leg rotation
